Atapuerca and Museum of Human Evolution

Based on knowledge about prehistoric man, scientists are developing robots that make better tools or use them differently. This development is in full swing in the Metatool project, which is funded by the European Union. For the first time, the public can now also experience how this project will add value to society and production processes. Leading universities (see below) are working together in a multidisciplinary team on this project, which will have a variety of applications.

On April 2, 2025 a unique robotic experience will be presented in the museum of Human Evolution. During this presentation in Spanish you will get the opportunity to experience a live demonstration.
